firm investigates blackout that briefly hit 10,497 Burnham homes
investigation is underway into what caused a power cut that briefly
blacked out over 10,000 homes across Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge
on Monday evening (November 6th).
Power Distribution spokeswoman Tracy Carr told Burnham-On-Sea.com:
"We had 10,497 customers without electricity in Burnham-On-Sea
and Highbridge for around 30 seconds at around 5pm on Monday evening."
