Burnham-On-Sea Farmers Market heads back to High Street today

-

Burnham-On-Sea’s monthly farmers market returns to the town’s High Street this Friday (September 28th) with a great line-up of stalls.

Stalls will be set-up in the town centre selling local produce including fruit, local meat, vegetables, cakes, cheese, pies, bakery items and milk from 9am-1pm.

You can find Nutts Scotch Eggs, Humble Pie, In Clover, Times Past Cheese Dairy, Taylors of Bruton, Orchard Preserves, Gardiner Whites, Nut Tree Farm Goats, Simply Raw Milk, Clayford Farm, Oven to You, Mikes Pork and Wesley Cottage Bees at the September Market.

“This month we welcome Simply Raw Milk – natural pure milk straight from the cow. Come and find out more about the benefits of non processed milk direct from the dairy farmers themselves,” says a spokesperson.

“As Autumn arrives, it feels like time to enjoy comforting and warming food such as casserole, soup, risotto, chutneys and crumble. For such delights you can find fresh vegetables, cheese, sausages and more at the market.”

“In need of a quick fix? A Nutts Scotch Egg and a Humble Pie will sort you out, polished off by a sensational lemon meringue or tasty frangipane from Oven to You!”
