BBC TV sports presenter John Inverdale will be the special guest at a unique quiz evening near Burnham-On-Sea in February.
The sports presenter, who is a well known face of the BBC’s coverage of events such as Wimbledon and the Six Nations rugby, will be visiting the village of Mark near Burnham where he has family.
Mark Community Association is holding ‘A Quiz Evening with Celebrity Broadcaster John Inverdale’ on Friday 9th February.
It will be held in Mark Village Hall, Vole Rd with tickets priced at £20 each to include a hot supper.
Tickets are available by calling 01278 641370 or by dropping in at Mark Village Stores.
The bar will open at 7pm, the quiz will start at 7.30pm and tables are available for 4/6 people.
