family of murdered Highbridge woman Laura Biss have released a touching
tribute following her tragic death at the weekend.
aged 34, died during the early hours of Saturday morning (20th January).
family said in a statement issued today (Tuesday): "Laura was
a beautiful daughter, a fantastic mother and a great sister."
was sensitive, caring and compassionate and would think nothing
of going out of her way to help others."
had a great sense of humour which made her very popular. She touched
so many peoples lives in a positive way."
was also a talented artist, who had a great future ahead of her."

Harris, of no fixed address, who was charged with the murder of
Laura, as well as causing death by dangerous driving, appeared at
Taunton Deane Magistrates Court today where he was remanded in custody
to appear at Exeter Crown Court on Thursday 25th January.

passed away. Laura was beautiful inside and out. She was sunshine
on the cloudiest day. Her energy, strength and talent were breathtaking.
