Highbridge Medical Centre staff have marked the 70th anniversary of the NHS this week with a special drop-in sesion for patients and visitors.
The event saw complimentary tea, coffee and cakes given out by members of the centre’s Patient Participation Group on Thursday (5th July).
The PPG serves to liaise with the medical centre and practice’s patients, helping where required, and holding regular meetings with the surgery management.
Patient group member Mike Lang said: “We had a great afternoon, chatting to the various patients on their way in or out, and telling them about our role.”
