Police have released body-cam video footage of the moment that officers arrested Owen Pellow for the brutal murder of Lisa-Marie Thornton.

Pellow, 43, of Burnham-On-Sea, was found guilty of murdering Lisa-Marie Thornton this week following a trial at Bristol Crown Court.

The 43-year-old was on the phone to a 999 call operator when two officers arrived at his home in Burnham-On-Sea.

The body-cam footage shows a dazed looking Pellow answering the door to officers who then arrested him on suspicion of murder.

Pellow was cuffed and taken to Bridgwater Police Station following his arrest on November 23rd, 2017.
