Burnham-On-Sea is set to see its warmest temperatures of the year so far today (Wednesday) as a spell of warm Spring weather arrives.

The Met Office Burnham-On-Sea weather forecast predicts temperatures will reach 20°C (68°F) between 1pm and 5pm in Burnham-On-Sea today, although the breeze will make it feel more like 16°C (60°F).

The warm spell is welcome after the Burnham-On-Sea area experienced snowfall and biting easterly winds last month in an unseasonal start to Spring.

“Wednesday will become fine and warm with long spells of sunshine developing through the day,” says a spokesman.

“There will be warm sunshine and light winds on Thursday, thereafter turning a little fresher with cooler nights. It will be perhaps cooler and misty around the coasts.”
