Inn quiz nights help Burnham RNLI to acquire new projector
than £700 has been given to Burnham-On-Sea RNLI after a
year of fundraising quiz evenings at The Berrow Inn.
the anniversary of their first quiz on Friday night (December
30th), the pub's regulars and quizmaster Ray Hancock officially
handed over the proceeds as a gift to the station.

the lifeboat station with a digital computer projector and accessories.
Operations Manager Martin Cox was on hand, accompanied by three
quiz teams of RNLI volunteers, to receive the gift.
Hancock said: "We wanted to raise some money to help our

and that the pub has decided to make the lifeboat station their
nominated charity for the next 12 months."
Cox added: "We are really grateful for these gifts. Up to
