DONATION FROM PAPER (November
30, 2004)
The
Western Daily Press newspaper has donated money, as part of the Lelaina
rescue appeal, to Burnham-On-Sea RNLI. It has handed over a cheque for

OPEN DAY BEFORE XMAS (November
28, 2004)
On the morning
of Saturday December 4th, the Burnham-On-Sea RNLI Supporters Group will
be opening up the RNLI station to local residents for the last time

VISIT BURNHAM RNLI (November
24, 2004)
Ten pupils from
Edington and Shapwick Senior School, near Glastonbury, have visited
Burnham RNLI as part of a school project and handed over a cheque for

SKI RESCUE EXERCISE
(November 21, 2004)
Burnham-On-Sea RNLI have practised the rescue of a stranded jet
ski rider in the Bristol Channel as part of a training exercise involving

IN REFRESHING VISIT
(November 14, 2004)
Supermarket group Asda has sent free provisions to Burnham-On-Sea's
lifeboat cew following a successful promotion at the foot of the town's

RAISED FROM OPEN DAYS
(November 8, 2004)
More than £150 was raised for Burnham-On-Sea RNLI following the
first of a series of open days at the station. The Supporters' Group

After
Johnny Cash, a holidaymaker at Brean, slipped and fell into a puddle,
his pals joked that they should call out the RNLI. This led to a fundraising

RNLI
lifeboat crew and shore helpers at Burnham-On-Sea recently took part
in fire awareness and first aid training in a short course designed

of a Bridgwater School have enjoyed a visit to Burnham-On-Sea lifeboat
station in which they met crew members and heard about the work of the

RNLI have been practising how to return their Atlantic 75 lifeboat to
shore during a storm. A
