Fishermen rescued after boat's
engine fails
Four
fishermen were rescued by Burnham-On-Sea RNLI after their boat's
engine failed in Bridgwater Bay.
The
Staines Whitfield was launched at lunchtime on Monday August 2nd
after Coastguards called on them to assist the boat.
The
Coastguard Rescue Team was waiting on Burnham's jetty to meet
the craft, which had suffered problems with its gears. It was
towed in by the lifeboat.
The
four fishermen were returned safely to the shore at about 13:00
hours.
