Welcome to Crystal Gaia, Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset, a sacred space where we honour Mother Earth and her gifts.

I am a Spiritual Empowerment Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, Crystal Therapist and Certified Moonologist. My mission is to help people become who they are meant to be through my coaching, healings and with the help and support of crystals and Goddess energy.

My coaching is a unique blend of traditional talking/enquiring, combined with Goddess energy, crystals, the moon, meditations, affirmations, visualisations and the law of attraction. I work with my clients to support, inspire and encourage them to find their true authentic path, to find a sense of peace, a sense of purpose, and to embrace their true power. Crystal Meditation Classes

I am a big believer that meditation can help us on so many levels, that affirmations are incredibly powerful healing and empowerment tools and that living a life with intention, with gratitude, an open heart and a high vibration is very special, enriching and rewarding. My spiritual practice enables me to live a more fulfilled, enriched and authentic life. I love creating rituals, especially when it comes to sacred self-care which I believe is essential to our mental health and wellbeing.

I will introduce a different crystal every two weeks, talk about their healing properties, benefits, how to look after them, and how to work with them. I will lead some meditations, facilitate some mindfulness practices, and teach some breath work. The sessions will be accessible to everyone and to ensure visitors go away knowing that they can do these practices at home, easily and comfortably.
