We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new outdoor bootcamp — a fun, friendly way to get moving, feel great, and enjoy the fresh air!
We started this bootcamp to offer something that’s truly suitable for everyone. Whether you’re new to exercise or already active, our sessions can be adapted to your fitness level — and we can work around any injuries or limitations too. Everyone is welcome!
The sessions are all about building strength, boosting fitness, and having fun in a supportive community atmosphere. There’s something special about exercising outdoors — it’s refreshing, energising, and a great way to start your Sunday!
Join us every Sunday at 9am — sessions are open to anyone aged 14 and over, with various payment options available to make it easy to get involved.
