The Oaktree is a family run business is managed by Debbie Hancock. It’s set in beautiful surroundings of the Somerset countryside near to Burnham-On-Sea and provides the perfect setting for any large/small group event.
Easy motorway access, ample parking and a well appointed conference centre all adds a touch of style to your special day. It’s all within the Oaktree Arena.

Conferences & Meetings
Whether you’re planning a board meeting or a conference for up to 180 guests, the OTA Conference Centre has all the facilities you would expect – and some that you may not.
Two suites – the Acorn, accommodating up to 60 people and the Oaktree, holding a further 180 – give you a wide range of options. A stunning patio, meanwhile, allows your guests to fully appreciate the OTA’s idyllic Somerset setting on warmer days and nights.
Our on-site facilities include staging, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, a permanent bar and full catering options. We can also hire any additional equipment you may need.
And for your guests, there’s easy access from the M5, free parking, a taxi-booking service and excellent overnight accommodation available locally.
Weddings at the Oaktree benefit from our generous amount of space and our outdoor terrace and grass areas provide wonderful photo opportunities, with the beautiful backdrop of Brent Knoll clearly in view.
