Customer Service/Administrator
An exciting new vacancy has arisen due to expansion at Coopers Cars (South West) Ltd, we are an award winning small busy team that takes a huge amount pride in the vehicles we supply and with a great local reputation, we operate from a fantastic weather proof facility conveniently located two minutes away from junction 22 from the M5.
The vacancy is very varied, the role will include dealing with both customers and prospective customers in person, by phone and email, presenting vehicles to prospective customers, diary management, general housekeeping, driving, seeing vehicles out along with completing all associated paperwork, using our computer management system and Excel and jumping into other area of the business as and when required.
The ideal candidate would have experience with-in the motor trade or be passionate about vehicles, computer literate and have excellent levels of communication both internally and externally, have no more than three points on their driving licence, be physically fit, week-end working after training is a must, be able to work both as a team player and alone and take pride in the quality of work.
While we can be slightly flexible on working hours the ideal would be:
Monday – Thursday 10.00 – 15.00
Saturdays – 0900 – 1600 (after training).
