    Pre-School Practitioner (Maternity cover)

    Start: January 2023
    Total hours 18.58 per week
    18.58 hours Pre-School (Mon, Tues, Weds, & Thurs), Term time only with the possibility of additionalhours for wrap around cover.

    Fixed term 12 months contract until January 2024 or until the postholder returns if sooner.
    Pre-School salary range Grade 15 point 3 £20812 FTE – Actual salary £8681.95

    We are looking to appoint a L3 qualified caring and enthusiastic Pre-School practitioner to join us inour amazing Pre-School. We support one another as we work to provide a quality learning experience for all our children in a fun environment. Applicants will need to show knowledge of and work within the requirements of the Statutory Framework, have a good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection and be able to follow and implement the policies and procedures of the setting.

    Candidates will need to demonstrate:
     Confident, caring and friendly
     Excellent communication skills, competently liaising with parents and other professionals
     Flexibility, teamwork, and supportive of other practitioners in the setting
     Commitment to maintaining a safe, secure and nurturing environment
     Good working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and framework
     Commitment to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting the best
    outcomes for all children
