An elderly lady suffered head injuries after a collision with a passing car in Burnham-On-Sea on Tuesday evening (October 27th).
Police closed Berrow Road near the Texaco petrol station shortly after 6.15pm after the lady, understood to be in her eighties, was hurt.
Officers from Burnham Police diverted traffic around the scene as their investigation into the incident got underway.
