Burnham‑On‑Sea’s annual BOSfest Easter Fundraiser returns on Sunday April 5th, bringing a full day of live music to The Ritz Social Club from 2pm until late.
Organisers say this year’s line‑up will once again offer an eclectic mix of soloists and bands, with all proceeds going towards staging the main three‑day BOSfest performing arts festival in September.
The event will open with singer‑songwriter Maddie D, who will perform her own material alongside fresh takes on well‑known songs. She will be followed by folk band Diving Duck, before emerging indie rock group Petitions take to the stage.

Local favourites The Delta River Blues Band will then perform a set featuring classics and original tracks, ahead of Burnham‑based folk singer‑songwriter Tim Dean, whose storytelling style has become a popular feature of the festival.
Federal Blackout will provide the penultimate performance with a mix of original material and selected covers, before the ever‑popular Kahunas bring the day to a close.
Organisers say the £10 all‑day wristband offers exceptional value, with every penny raised helping to keep BOSfest free to attend.

The September festival takes place across multiple venues in the town and is run entirely for the community.
A spokesperson said: “In these times of austerity and hardship, we feel it’s really important that BOSfest remains completely free.”
“The Easter Fundraiser helps make that possible, and we’d love to see people come along, enjoy a cracking day of entertainment and support this local event.”
