A £2.1m children’s indoor play centre in Brean is celebrating its first birthday this weekend with a special event for families.
The indoor soft play centre and splash area – called Brean Play – opened at Brean Leisure Park in July last year.
On Sunday (July 19th), the facilities are holding a fun day from 12.30pm-3.30pm.
There will be face painting from 12.30pm-1.30pm, balloon modelling from 1.30pm-2pm, a magic show at 2pm followed by a piglet walkaround. A cake ceremony and party will follow at 3pm.
A standard admission fee will apply. Each child will get a free slice of cake and members will receive a party bag.
Brean Play represents a major investment by the House family, who own the park. It provides an all-year play facility for children aged from 1-11 years old.
