A young racer from Burnham‑On‑Sea is preparing for the biggest event of his career so far as he lines up for his first appearance in the NKC National Kart Cup at Dunkeswell Raceway on March 28th and 29th.
Ethan McNally‑Roberts, who competes for the BKC Team based in Poole and managed by Rob Dodds, will take part in the opening round of the national championship in his own kart.
The NKC series is regarded as one of the UK’s most competitive karting championships, featuring six rounds at top circuits across the country and national coverage through KartingLive TV.
Ethan joined the BKC team earlier this year and has been working hard to prepare for the step up in competition. He will be racing against some of the best young drivers in Britain, making the weekend a major milestone in his development.

“This is going to be a huge experience for Ethan,” said his dad, John McNally‑Roberts. “He’s shown great commitment and maturity in his driving, and this event will be a fantastic opportunity to test himself against top‑level competition.”
With the first round now just days away, Ethan and his team are focused on making a strong start to the season and doing Burnham proud.
