A Burnham-On-Sea cake maker made a special visit to the town’s Parkinson’s UK support group on Monday (September 9th).

Dusica Roberts, who runs Dusicake in Abingdon Street, visited the group to display her cake-making skills.

The group’s John Thatcher said: “The Parkinson’s UK support group in Burnham-On-Sea exists to provide information, support and company and friendship for people with Parkinson’s and their carers.”

“We are always looking for interesting speakers for monthly meetings. We asked Dusica to give a demonstration of her cake decorating skills because she is a very talented local artisan and because I just love her cakes!”

“She did not disappoint us and gave a very entertaining presentation and provided loads of scrumptious samples. Thank you, Dusica.”
