Burnham-On-Sea’s All Sorts Choir is set to hold a special Tea Party this month to raise funds for a local charity.
The line-up of live music and refreshments will take place on Saturday 16th May at 2.30pm at Acorn House in Hoopers Close, Highbridge (TA9 4JU).
Yeo Valley has provided the venue, while Brakes is supplying a generous spread of treats including petit fours, sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, mini cakes and meringue nests.
Guests will be entertained with a selection of popular songs performed by the choir, with opportunities to join in. A raffle will also be held during the afternoon, raising funds for BARB Search & Rescue.
Tickets are priced at £10 and are available from the Burnham-On-Sea Tourist Information Centre (cash only) or by emailing allsortschoirtickets@yahoo.com.
BARB Search & Rescue is a volunteer-run charity that operates Burnham’s rescue hovercrafts and inshore rescue boats.
