Burnham-On-Sea’s All Sorts Choir is set to hold a special Tea Party next month to raise funds for local charity BARB Search & Rescue.
The event will take place on Saturday 16th May at 2.30pm at Acorn House in Hoopers Close, Highbridge (TA9 4JU).
Yeo Valley has provided the venue, while Brakes is supplying a generous spread of treats including petit fours, sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, mini cakes and meringue nests.
Guests will be entertained with a selection of popular songs performed by the choir, with opportunities to join in. A raffle will also be held during the afternoon.
Tickets are priced at £10 and are available from the Burnham-On-Sea Tourist Information Centre (cash only) or by emailing allsortschoirtickets@yahoo.com.
Proceeds will support BARB Search & Rescue, the volunteer-run charity that operates Burnham’s rescue hovercrafts and inshore rescue boats.
