Burnham-On-Sea’s Reeds Arms pub is to undergo a £600,000 refurbishment and upgrade this Spring.

The JD Wetherspoon pub on Burnham’s seafront is getting refurbished, with extended customer areas and an extended beer garden plus an upgraded kitchen and new-look toilets.

The pub will close on April 28th in order for the work to begin and the new-look facilities will re-open on June 7th. The pub will close for 40 days in total.

JD Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “ Our aim is to offer our customers the best possible pub.”

“The Reeds Arms is extremely popular and we are confident that that customers will welcome the new-look pub once it reopens.”
