A child was air-lifted to hospital after an incident at Brean’s Pontins holiday park on Sunday evening (May 5th).

A green Great Western Air Ambulance landed at the holiday park just after 6pm, as pictured here, to assist paramedics from South Western Ambulance Service.

A child had been hurt in a collision with a vehicle.

An eyewitness said the child was taken on a stretcher onto the air ambulance by paramedics before being flown to hospital.
