Burnham-On-Sea was in a festive mood over the weekend when a line-up of fun-filled Christmas events and entertainment was held in the town.

Burnham and Highbridge Choral Society, above, sang festive music in the High Street during Sunday as part of the festive fun laid on by the Town Council.

Town Centre Manager Bev Milner Simonds said: “This was another weekend of varied festive activities in the town. It’s great to see so many locals coming in to shop for presents and visit the theatre and cinema. Next weekend we have some acrobatic elves, juggling Jack Frost, Christmas Crackers and Mr Fox entertaining for free plus two great shows scheduled at The Princess Theatre.”
