A car plunged into a hedge after a collision in between East Huntspill and Woolavington on Wednesday (December 28th).

Police were called at 1.30pm to the accident near the junction with Burtle Road.

A spokesman for Avon and Somerset Police confirmed: “We were called at 1.30pm to reports of a collision in East Huntspill.”

“One vehicle went through a hedge and the other partially blocked the road.”

“Highways were called to attend the incident while the vehicles were recovered. Highways also cleared the road of ice. No one was injured.”
