A popular Easter Fair held at St John’s Church in Highbridge has raised £600 for church funds.
The well‑attended event featured a wide variety of stalls, including cakes, plants, a raffle, bottle tombola, an Easter egg tombola, plus children’s games and craft activities.
Visitors were also able to take part in several hands‑on Easter‑themed activities such as making an Easter wreath, chocolate making, and biscuit decorating, which organisers say proved especially popular.

A spokeswoman said: “The Easter wreath making, biscuit decorating and chocolate making with box were a new addition — and, as usual, the cakes and Easter egg tombola were a hit!”
“There was definitely a good buzz in the air with people enjoying a cuppa and a bacon bap with friends and family. Thanks for everyone’s support.”
Organisers say the funds raised will go towards the ongoing work of the church.
