Ribbon cutting ceremony for Brean Golf Club’s new-look course

-

Golfers in Brean have an extra challenging course to negotiate with the opening of a new layout this week.

“We have changed our course layout as part of a series of new developments around our golf club house and planned new leisure facilities,” said Andrew March, Director of Golf at Brean Golf Club.

“The course has been slightly shortened but is still just as challenging with several water hazards to avoid.”

He added: “It’s the first stage of a new direction for the club, one of several changes.”

“It’s part of a long-term multi-million pound investment that will eventually include a bowling green, tennis courts and holiday lodges.”
