Halloween burlesque and cabaret night coming to Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre

-

A Halloween evening of burlesque, queer cabaret and circus is set to come to Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre later next month.

Hundred Watt Club will take to the stage on Saturday 24th October. The long-running UK revue is inviting audiences to “peek inside their cabinet of curiosities” for a night of bizarre burlesque, cabaret and circus entertainment.

Organisers say no two shows are the same and promise spinetingling striptease, madcap comedy, circus stunts and “all manner of cabaret tomfoolery”.

The line-up includes East London host Deeva D, Hollywood-based burlesque artist Fleur D’vil, award-winning showgirl Velma Vogue, comedian and ventriloquist Max Fulham, and international circus artist Rafity Love, who specialises in multi-hooping and high-level stagecraft.

Hundred Watt Club describe themselves as one of the longest-running burlesque revues in the UK. Glamorously dark vintage attire or Halloween finery is encouraged but not required.

The show contains strong language, adult content, partial nudity, flashing lights and loud noises, and is for over-18s only.

Tickets are available now from the Princess Theatre website, with tickets priced at £21.00 and on sale now via the theatre’s online box office.
