Parents and students in Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge are being invited to look around King Alfred School Academy’s Sixth Form Centre at two open events this week.
The school is holding an Open Evening on Thursday 1st October from 5pm to 7pm, giving visitors the chance to speak to subject teachers and current students, explore the curriculum and hear from the Pastoral Team.
A second event, an Open Morning on Saturday 3rd October from 9am to 12pm, will offer a chance to look around the Sixth Form Centre and speak directly to the Sixth Form Leadership Team.
The events are aimed at students considering their next steps after GCSEs, including A-Level study and other post-16 pathways at The King Alfred School Sixth Form Centre.
A spokesperson for the school said the open events are a chance for families to see the centre for themselves and ask questions about courses, support and life in the Sixth Form.
Anyone wanting more information can contact the school on 01278 784881, email info@tkasa.theplt.org.uk or visit www.tkasa.org.uk.
