A busy Highbridge road junction was closed to traffic on Monday morning (October 2nd) while emergency services dealt with an accident involving a motorcyclist.

Burnham-On-Sea paramedics and police rushed to the junction of Burnham Road and Church Street, pictured, after the motorcyclist came off his moped.

A man was treated at the scene and taken by ambulance to Weston General Hospital with what were believed to be minor injuries.
