Burnham Funeral Services will be opening their doors to the community next month as they host an open day at their Oxford Street premises on Tuesday 9th June 2026 from 10am to 4pm.
The event will give local residents the chance to drop in for informal conversations with the team about bereavement care, pre‑planning and pre‑need arrangements.
Staff say the aim is to offer guidance and reassurance to those who may feel unsure about the many decisions that often have to be made at a difficult time.
A spokesperson says the open day will help people understand the options available to them, whether they are thinking ahead for themselves or supporting a loved one.
Visitors will also be able to learn more about the benefits of pre‑planning funeral arrangements, either through simple verbal instruction or by securing plans via Choice Funeral Plans.
Staff will be on hand throughout the day to offer advice with no obligation, and no appointment is required. Guests are invited to pop in for a coffee and a chat at any time during the event.
