Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward after two motorcyclists were taken to hospital following a crash in Highbridge on Saturday (April 18th).
Two motorbikes were in collision with a van at the junction of Mark Road and Isleport Lane, pictured here.
A Police spokesperson confirmed: “We were called just after 10am to Mark Road, in Highbridge, on Saturday following a three-vehicle collision.”
“Two people were taken to hospital, their injuries are not described as being life-threatening.”
“The road was initially closed in both directions but reopened before 3pm.”
“If anyone witnessed the collision, or has any information, please call 101 and quote reference 5226105658.”
A relative of one of the motorcyclists says the duo are stable but had suffered multiple injuries and will need a long recovery time.
