Police issue appeal after theft of scaffolding in Highbridge

-

Police in Burnham-On-Sea have appealed for the public’s help following a theft of scaffolding in Highbridge.

The incident happened on the Morland Road Industrial Estate on Morland Road between 1pm on Saturday January 24th and 7.30am on Monday January 26th.

“A scaffolding tower and cable were removed, dismantled and stolen – it is likely that a van or flatbed lorry was used to remove them from the site due to their size,” said spokeswoman Sarah Key.

“We would like anyone who has any information or saw anything suspicious about the incident to contact us.”
