A group of travellers who pitched up in Burnham-On-Sea’s seafront car park have been moved on by Somerset Council after a two day stay.
The group of eight caravans and towing vehicles arrived on Wednesday evening (April 15th) in the parking area at the back of the B&M store.
The car park is owned by Somerset Council and a spokesperson confirmed that it had followed its “usual legal process” to move on the group.
A separate group was located behind the B&M store earlier this month and moved to Apex Park car parking before later leaving.
