Young Burnham‑On‑Sea sailing enthusiast Brooke Browning is celebrating another superb run of results on the water after a busy summer of high‑level competition.
Fresh from representing Great Britain at the Topper World Championships in France, Brooke was quickly back in action at the ITCA Nationals in Weymouth, where she finished an impressive 16th in light winds.
The 14-year-old, who is a student at King Alfred School in Highbridge, then headed to Exmouth for the Southwest Topper Traveller series — and delivered one of her strongest performances of the season.

Brooke made a fast start in Exmouth, surging ahead from the line and leading the fleet around the course to take victory in the first race.
She repeated the result in race two, coping well with shifting winds that made conditions challenging for the young sailors.
She continued to push hard, securing second place in race three and fourth in race four, giving her the overall win for the day.

Her latest success follows her excellent 29th‑place finish at the World Championships, where she competed against many of the best young sailors from across the globe.
Brooke has now been selected to represent GBR at the Topper Europeans this October, marking another major milestone in her rapidly rising sailing career.
Her proud family says any company interested in helping keep Brooke on the road to success with sponsorship support is welcome to get in contact.
