Highbridge town centre will play host to an afternoon of live outdoor music concert on Sunday (August 2nd).
Folk On The Green will be held in a marquee next to Highbridge Community Hall in Market Street from 12.30pm until 5pm.
Morgan and Knapp, a dynamic acoustic duo from Bristol, will be headlining the event. There will also be performances by the Polden Mountain Boys playing bluegrass and Emanim, a great duo, followed by Sam Patten and a session of poetry from Hazel Lloyd.
The free event, organised by Burnham and Highbridge Cultural Arts and Development Society (CADS), includes free parking in the town’s Bank Street car park next to the green. There will be a bar serving real ale, cider and soft drinks at special low prices.
