where we have music, toys, messy play and so much more.
We ask for a donation of £2 per family in exchange for tea, coffee, squash and

A friendly specialist fitness class for older adults to improve your overall fitness.
Our exercises will improve your joint, bone and muscle strength, flexibility,
balance, posture and coordination. This is a low impact class which is easier on
the joints. There is no jumping or floor work on mats.
Classes are held at Burnham Baptist Church on Thursdays at 9 am and 11 am.
