Hundreds of pupils at Burnham-On-Sea’s Infants School met crewmembers of the town’s rescue hovercrafts on Friday (October 23rd) when the school held a fundraising event.
The school’s staff and pupils held a scarecrow day and a harvest festival to raise money for BARB, the charity that operates the rescue hovercrafts, and Oxfam. Hundreds of pounds are expected to have been raised from the event.
