Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Cinema has hosted a special visit by members of the Somerset Young Carers junior group.
The members were invited for a trip to the Ritz Cinema in Victoria Street by owners Pat and Beryl Scott over the Christmas period.
“Mr and Mrs Scott, the owners of the Ritz Cinema, have supported the project for a number of years and kindly allowed us to have a free private screening of a film,” said the group’s John Grundy.
“Mr Scott also provided the young carers with some wonderful refreshments. The young carers all had a lovely time watching Trolls and it gave them a much needed break from their role as Young Carers.”
“We would like to say a huge thank you to the great generosity of the Ritz Cinema in Burnham.”
