Burnham Police urge residents to be vigilant after overnight burglary

-

Residents in Burnham-On-Sea have this week been urged to be extra vigilant following a burglary in the town.

Police said a property in St Mary’s Road was targeted during an overnight break-in between Monday night and Tuesday morning (December 11th).

The home was entered via a rear window and a search was made of the property by the burglar but nothing is believed to have been taken.

It comes just two weeks after a burglary at a home in Wallace Wells Road when valuables were stolen during an evening break-in.

Burnham Police have appealed for anyone with information to contact them via the non-emergency number, 101.
