Family and friends of Dylan Cecil, the toddler who died after falling into the sea in Burnham two years ago, laid flowers on the town’s seafront on Tuesday (April 29th) to mark what would have been the youngster’s birthday.
Flowers and cards were laid on a bench on The Esplanade at the top of the jetty to mark what would have been Dylan’s sixth birthday.
Dylan drowned after falling from Burnham’s jetty into Bridgwater Bay on August 19th 2012. A number of safety enhancements have been made since the tragedy.
