Today: Burnham and Highbridge dog walkers invited to RSPCA ‘Mutt Strutt’

-

Local dog walkers are being invited to join a sponsored ‘mutt strutt’ at Highbridge’s Apex Park today (Sunday, 28th April).

The 2.5 mile walk will be held in aid of the RSPCA North Somerset Branch, with registration starting from 2pm.

A spokesman at Brent Knoll RSPCA, which is organising the event, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We would welcome along all local dog owners to this popular annual event – burn off those Easter Eggs and help raise money for less fortunate animals in your area.”

“Make donation on the day or get colleagues, friends and family to sponsor you and your dog. Everyone welcome!”

Registration forms for the event are available from the RSPCA Brent Knoll Animal Centre on 01278 782671 or online at www.rspcanorthsomerset.org.uk.
