A former pub in the centre of Brean looks set to be transformed into a huge new entertainment venue containing a Subway fast food store.
Burnham-On-Sea.com learns the former Flaming Jaes pub in the centre of the resort, which is currently derelict, is to receive a major make-over by its new owners, who also run Brean Leisure Park.
They have submitted a planning application to Sedgemoor District Council, requesting consent to introduce new Subway signage.
Sarah House of Brean Leisure Park confirmed to Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We are just finalizing our plans for the venue, which include a Subway.”
Further information about the site is expected to be announced during the next few weeks ahead of major renovation work at the property beginning.
