Charities receive £10,000 boost from Burnham-On-Sea Moose Lodge

-

Two regional charities have this week been presented with more than £10,000 by members of a Burnham-On-Sea club.

Childrens’ Hospice South West and Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance have received the bumper donation from Burnham’s Moose Lodge.

The presentation comes after the lodge’s members have been busy over the past twelve months collecting funds and raising money.

The air ambulance received £7,015.71 and the hospice £3,367.36. Furthermore, the lodge’s April meeting will also see more money being given away to a multitude of local good causes.
