Former England rugby player Andy Gomarsall MBE was the special guest at Burnham-On-Sea Rugby Club’s annual presentation night on Friday (16th May).
Andy, a former rugby union player who played at scrum-half for Leeds Carnegie and England, presented the end-of-season awards at the event.
Over 200 players and club supporters attended the successful evening at Brean Leisure Park, as pictured here. An auction of a signed T-shirt fetched £450 for the club.
“It was great to have Andy along for the evening – he was so supportive of what we do and gave a great speech,” a club spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
