PHOTOS: Injured child air-lifted to hospital from Highbridge’s Apex Park

An air ambulance touched down at Highbridge’s Apex Park on Thursday afternoon (April 28th) to take a youngster to hospital.

The green helicopter operated by Great Western Air Ambulance landed in the park following an accident.

Spokeswoman Laura Durrant from Great Western Air Ambulance told Burnham-On-Sea.com that a child with burn injuries had been air-lifted to Bristol Children Hospital for treatment.
