Christie & Co was instructed to handle the marketing of the hotel by the owner, David Cox, who has decided to lease the hotel’s operation so he can concentrate on other interests.
Company director Jonathan Hill said: “Mervyn and Sandy Parrish are experienced hoteliers and are looking to build on the current success of the business.”
