Exclusive: POLICE in Burnham-On-Sea have this week issued a warning to residents to check their homes are secure after a spate of ten burglaries in just four days. Jewellery and money has been stolen by the opportunistic burglars, who are targeting insecure homes across the Burnham area.

STEAM from a boiling kettle caused a call-out for Burnham-On-Sea Fire Brigade on Thursday morning (January 13th). One engine rushed to the Co-Operative supermarket in Southwell Crescent shortly after 8am. Crews checked over the building as a precaution.
