Residents in Burnham-On-Sea have joined the latest seafront gardening session this week as work begins on preparing Marine Cove for the new season.
Members of the Burnham and Highbridge Growing Group gathered at the cove to carry out maintenance on the flower beds, tackling early‑season weeds and refreshing the borders.
A spokesman said: “The team have been hard at work weeding the beds in Marine Cove – what a great job they are doing – thanks to all involved!”
The group will continue its regular sessions through the spring as volunteers help keep the seafront gardens looking their best.
